Why is it pending?

Cryptocurrency transactions need network confirmations before they're final. Depending on the coin and network congestion this can take anywhere from a few seconds to about 30 minutes.

  • • LTC / TON / USDT (TRC-20): usually < 2 minutes
  • • BTC: 10–30 minutes (1 confirmation)
  • • ETH / ERC-20: 1–5 minutes depending on gas

You don't need to keep this page open — once the network confirms, our bot updates the order and Discord staff can hand over your key.
