Summary
TitanX is a digital product with instant delivery. By default, all sales are final. We make exceptions where our software is demonstrably broken on your system and support has exhausted all options. Read the full policy below.
1. Default policy
All TitanX purchases are digital goods, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)).
2. Digital-goods consent
When you purchase a key, we provide immediate access to the activation flow. This constitutes "performance" of a digital content contract. By clicking Purchase you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the 14-day cooling-off period.
3. Exceptions — when we do refund
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
- The loader fails to run on a supported Windows build and support cannot resolve it after a reasonable troubleshooting effort;
- Duplicate purchase submitted by error within 24 hours — provided the key has not been activated;
- Payment captured but no key was delivered within 1 hour (very rare — usually a sync issue);
- Required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (we comply case-by-case).
4. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We will dispute all chargebacks that bypass our support process and bar the associated account from future purchases.
5. How to request a refund
- Open a ticket at /contact-us with category
Payment / Billing; - Attach your Order ID and a brief description of what went wrong;
- If related to a technical malfunction, include a screenshot or the loader log;
- Support will respond within 2 business hours.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 5–10 banking days to appear on your statement depending on your issuer.
7. Crypto payments
For crypto payments (BTC, LTC, USDT, TON), refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency at the amount received by us (not the fiat value at the time of refund). Network fees are deducted from the refund amount. Price volatility between purchase and refund is the customer's risk.
